Legislation on Tax effective GivingBelow are two examples for illustration purposes of how the system works.
Personal Donations
If a person donates €250 or more to Beaumont Hospital Foundation (BHF) in one tax year, we can reclaim the tax paid on this donation. Depending on the person's tax bracket, this can result in BHF, receiving an extra €180 if the person is on the higher tax bracket or €62 if the person is on the lower tax bracket. This does not affect the donors tax payments in anyway.
Corporate or Self-Employed Donations
When a company or self-employed person makes a donation to Beaumont Hospital Foundation, the company or person, can claim tax relief at the marginal rate on their annual income tax return.

You may also donate to BHF through your payroll and you should discuss
